year old grandfather who recently moved to Kingston, WA (west of
Seattle
across the Puget Sound) from New Hampshire to help my daughter and
granddaughter. I'm a high school graduate and former commercial pilot, and later entered the FAA as an Air Traffic Controller in 1970 [same year as controller sick-out] and was fired by Ronald Reagan in the PATCO Strike of 1981. Thereafter, I had a 12 year career in the comedy business. Since that time, however, I have done some factory work, light construction, golf course work, house painting, and just plain "surviving". While in the FAA, my duties included the training of new RDP (Radar Data Processing) and computer upgrade implementations, in airspace and procedures including some liaison with the US Military and was used as an expert on breaking out transcripts and computer target and tracking data when there were "incidents" or "system errors" needing detailed analysis and interpretation. I have experience dealing with hijackings and bomb threats, and intercept operations for aircraft suffering "in flight emergencies" including a "save" of one flight. In late 2006, I joined "PilotsFor9/11truth" and contributed an interview which led to my voice being used on Pandora's Black Box I and II and was able to influence the DVD maker to include the truth that AA77 was lost to radar contact and not one person ever "positively re-radar identified" the eventual target that allegedly hit the Pentagon as being AA77. In the winter of 2006 / 2007 I contributed to Dr. David Ray Griffin's book "Debunking 9/11 Debunking" in which he was able to come to a better understanding of air traffic control, military and NORAD intercept procedures enabling him to rewrite chapter one and get the 9/11 Truth Movement to look at illuminating events EARLIER in the day on 9/11/2001. It was to be included in my presentation named: "ITS THE CIVILIANS STUPID: An Air Traffic Controller's View of the 'Institutional Stand Down of NORAD Interceptors on 9/11/2001'. But, due to time restraints I was not able to include it at that time. Some background: Most of us have heard Dr. Bob Bowman when he made the point that had the governement done nothing, the airliners would have been intercepted, the buildings would not have been struck, and thousands of people would stll be alive. In Bob's statement he points out that existing NORAD scramble protocol "preferences" that were in place BEFORE the subtle "reference and reorganizational" change made in the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Instruction CJCSI 3610.01A organizational made in June, 2001, would have served to have the airliners intercepted and shot down BEFORE they reached their targets. Dr. Bowman makes this point because he is fully aware about scramble protocols from the pilot's point of view, and I fully agree with him, but from an air traffic controller's point of view. In fact, I have worked with the Military in writing air traffic control procedures, have worked one "hijacking" personally, assisted with another, and have scrambled military assets to "intercept" an aircraft suffering an IN FLIGHT EMERGENCY in which we worked the lost aircraft to a safe landing in bad weather. For this I, along with the entire team of FAA and Military personnel involved, received a commondation. The only exception that I am compelled to hold open is the flight of AA77. AA77 was the only airliner lost to positive radar contact, and it was never positively re-identified by anyone, anywhere, at anytime afterwards. At the moment, the HI PERPS are attempting to prove that it WAS AA77 using the physical evidence at the Pentagon. Evidence which is in deep question and thusly, does NOT serve as proof positive. Robin Hordon - 9/11 Truth For Peace (Northwest Truth Convergence, July 5th, 2008) I am in my fourth decade of political activism. Currently, I average bannering for 9/11Truth approximately two times per week, and I meet at least once per month with other regional progressive organizations supporting peace, justice and democracy all around the Puget Sound to integrate the truth and lessons behind 9/11 into other sections of the progressive movements. I attended the January and March peace marches in DC (2007) and worked bannering for the 9/11TM while there. I also participated in the Westcoast Convergence in May 2008.  9/11 Truth
Partners for Peace ProjectMy main focus is to help bring the peace movement ahead into the new millennium and to encourage it to develop more than the "same old trick" of mass protests every now and then by pointing out to the peace movements that the 9/11TM is like a huge spider web growing steadily "under the floorboards" of the USA and elsewhere and that we have grown to have nearly 100 million people in the USA believing that the US Government had something to do with orchestrating or allowing the 9/11 attacks to occur. This growth has occurred without the benefit of a 60s era "major 300,000 person march on DC". The Peace Movement has been a failure and there is no need for the 9/11 Truth Movement to emulate it's failed tactics.
